The restaurant in our hotel is called Pure, and it exudes the warmth of Texel's holiday atmosphere. Not only can you eat well here, but you can also read the newspaper and enjoy a cup of coffee with a piece of cake. Or take a seat in the restaurant's patio or in our pleasant outdoor terrace.

Food aficionados will enjoy the kitchen of Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Cooghen. There is a good reason that the restaurant was named the winner of Texel Culinair in 2011.  The winning dishes were North Sea grey mullet with Wadden Sea shrimps and Texel potatoes, veal shoulder filled with Texel lamb ham and Texel brewer's spent grain bread and, to end the meal, the pure & intense chocolate dream. Its modern international dishes with Texel influences mean that our kitchen will delight you time and time again.

The menu offers a variety of meat and fish dishes which are prepared and presented in contemporary style. Naturally we are pleased to take your special requests or diets into consideration. We have a special children's menu for our little guests.
